Connection guide per platform

Choose your platform and follow the steps at your current DNS provider. If you use our nameservers, manage the records in your IT PLUS account.

Easy OrdersStore builder
  1. In your Easy Orders dashboard open the custom-domain settings and enter your domain (no www, no http).
  2. The platform shows the DNS records it needs (A or CNAME) — copy them.
  3. Open “DNS management” for your domain in your account with us and add those records exactly.
  4. Return to the platform to check verification, then open your site. If it shows an error, check the records or contact us.

  1. From your Zatiq store settings choose “add custom domain” and enter your domain.
  2. Copy the DNS records the platform requests.
  3. Add them in “DNS management” in your account with us and save.
  4. After propagation, activate the domain from the Zatiq panel.

  1. Publish your project and make sure your paid Lovable plan supports custom domains. The platform subscription is separate from the domain fee.

Do I need new hosting?

If your platform hosts your site and supports a custom domain, you may only need the domain. An exported project needs a separate review of its runtime, database and server management requirements.

Can I pay without an international card?

Yes — pay in EGP via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay; the receipt is reviewed and the booking is processed after payment is confirmed.

How long does connecting take?

Adding the records takes minutes. DNS changes may take minutes or hours, sometimes 24–48 hours or longer depending on caching. Incorrect records or HTTPS errors need investigation, not just waiting.

Do I get full DNS control?

Yes — free, full DNS management from your account: A, CNAME, TXT and MX records, plus nameserver changes anytime.

What if I get stuck on a step?
