Business email on your domain without moving your website

Your website can stay on Easy Orders, Lovable or another host while a separate provider handles business email on the same domain. Website records direct visitors to the site; mail records direct messages to email servers. Configure each service while preserving the records used by the other.

What do you need before booking?

• A domain you control and access to its active DNS provider.
• The number of mailboxes, such as info and sales, and storage needed by each user.
• A plan for existing messages if you already use another email provider.
• A clear billing term: a monthly equivalent in a long-term offer is not the same as paying for one month.

Understand the plan price and billing term

Review the current email plans and choose the mailbox count and term. Some offers have lower monthly equivalents when several months or years are paid upfront; compare the full invoice too. The pricing example below uses month-to-month billing. Any included domain depends on the plan, extension, term and conditions shown during booking; do not assume every order includes one.

Activate email while preserving your website

1. Book the email plan using the correct domain and review the term and total before paying.
2. Follow payment confirmation and provisioning status in your account. Do not switch existing email solely because you uploaded a receipt.
3. Open your email service panel and obtain the records for your specific service. Never copy another customer’s settings.
4. Add them at the active DNS provider. Preserve the site’s A or CNAME records and resolve conflicts before saving.
5. Once provisioning completes, create your mailboxes and use the displayed connection settings for webmail or your mail application.
6. Test sending and receiving with an external address, and check SPF, DKIM and DMARC before relying on the service.

What does each record do?

If you already have email elsewhere

Keep a copy of your records and messages, and plan the migration before changing MX. A DNS change does not move old messages. Cached settings can still deliver mail to the previous provider, so retain access until migration and checks are complete. Include marketing tools and invoicing systems in your review of permitted senders.

Does activation guarantee inbox placement?

No. Correct records matter, but sender reputation, message content and recipient policy also affect delivery. Use the error message and record status to investigate a failed test. This guide separates propagation delays from configuration errors.
