1. Scope of Services
IT PLUS provides web and mobile development, custom software and systems, hosting and servers, domain registration and transfer, company email, branding and design, and digital marketing. Some services (such as domains and hosting) are also subject to the terms of third-party providers in addition to ours.
2. Account & Registration
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Pricing, Payment & Renewals
Prices are shown in the displayed currency and may change without prior notice, while honoring the agreed price for confirmed orders. Services begin after payment. Recurring services (hosting, domains, email) require renewal before expiry to remain active; failure to renew may lead to suspension or loss of the domain.
4. Refund Policy
Refund eligibility varies by service. Domain fees and third-party charges are non-refundable once executed. Custom development projects follow the milestones and installments set in the quotation; work already delivered is non-refundable. Contact support for a specific case.
5. Domains & Hosting
Domains are registered and transferred according to the registrar's policies (e.g., transfer approval window and EPP/auth code). You agree not to use hosting for any unlawful or harmful activity, infringement of third-party rights, or excessive resource use that harms other clients; we may suspend the service upon violation.
6. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights to delivered work are governed by what is agreed in writing in the project contract. Unless stated otherwise, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client after full payment, while we retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is agreed.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide the required content, data, and access in a timely manner. Delays on the client's side may affect timelines. The client is responsible for the legality of the content they provide.
8. Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to provide reliable services but do not warrant the service will be entirely uninterrupted or error-free. IT PLUS is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or profit; our maximum liability is limited to the value of the paid service in dispute.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate per the agreement. We may suspend or terminate the service immediately upon breach of these terms or non-payment.
10. Privacy
The collection and use of your data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; updates take effect once published on the site. Continued use of the services means you accept the updated version.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
