FAQ
Do I need a commercial registration?
No — we set your store up with local payment methods and cash on delivery from day one, no papers needed. If you later want card payments, we help with the steps.
Can I edit the store myself?
Yes — the whole store is yours: products, prices, design and pages. The dashboard is in Arabic, and a short guide to the first steps arrives with your login details.
What about changes after delivery?
You can change anything yourself from the dashboard. If you'd rather someone kept an eye on it for you — updates, monitoring, fixing faults — we have monthly technical care plans, at 20% off for hosting customers.
What do I pay after the first year?
Hosting and domain renewal only — the figure is shown above under "Yearly renewal after that". The store build is charged once and never repeats, and the domain renews separately.
Who uploads the products?
You do — and that's a feature, not a chore: the dashboard is in Arabic and adding a product takes a minute. You never wait on anyone to list a product or change a price.
How long does setup take?
Setup runs automatically once the invoice is confirmed — WordPress, WooCommerce and the Egyptian defaults are installed within minutes. The email with your login details arrives once your store link genuinely works (instant if the domain is with us; if it is external it waits for the domain to point at us and the certificate to be issued, usually a few hours).
