Connect a Domain to Easy Orders: Steps and Costs

You can connect a domain to an Easy Orders store without moving the store to new hosting, provided your platform account supports custom domains.

What you need

Have a domain you own and access to your store dashboard and domain settings. Already own a domain? Start connecting it; you do not need to register it again.

Connection steps

1. Open your Easy Orders store settings and find the custom-domain or domain settings.
2. Enter the domain in the format requested, then copy the connection records shown for your store.
3. In the domain’s record manager, add each record’s type, name and value exactly as shown.
4. Save and return to Easy Orders to check verification. Open the store using your domain.

Where to edit domain settings

Open the account where you registered your domain, then its Nameservers settings. These identify the provider that manages your website and email records. If IT PLUS manages those records, open your account → Domains → your domain → DNS management. If another provider manages them, add the records there. If you are unsure, ask support to check your domain before changing anything.

Keep existing email records. Do not delete all records or replace nameservers just to connect a website. Copy values from your own project; do not reuse a server address from an article or another customer’s project.

After saving

Try both example.com and www.example.com, then check from a second network. Changes may appear in minutes or hours, but cached records can take 24–48 hours or longer. Waiting will not fix an incorrect value. Check the platform’s verification status and secure connection certificate.

If your store dashboard shows different steps, use the current instructions and values for your account, or ask Easy Orders support for them.

Cost and payment

Your domain fee is separate from any platform subscription. Review registration, renewal and term before paying. IT PLUS supports EGP payment through Vodafone Cash or InstaPay; registration is processed after payment review and confirmation. A name is not reserved just because search shows it as available.
