Advertising and custom audiences (Meta)

To show our ads to people who are genuinely interested in our services, and to reach people similar to our customers, we may share your account identifiers — email address, phone number and country code (Egypt) — with Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp). They are hashed with SHA-256 before they leave our servers, so Meta never receives them in readable form. Meta uses them to match them against its own accounts and build "custom audiences" and "lookalike audiences" for IT Plus ads, under Meta's Custom Audience Terms. This applies to everyone who created an account with us, whether or not they bought a service.

We never share passwords, payment details, service details or message content with Meta.

You can object at any time by emailing info@it-plus.co or messaging our page on WhatsApp. Once we verify you are the account holder, we remove your identifiers from our customer lists at Meta and exclude you from our ad targeting, and we will not include you in any future upload. You can also control the ads you see from the ad settings of your Facebook or Instagram account.

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

After the initial 30 days, refunds will not be issued for unused portions of hosting service.
