Refund Policy

The guarantee covers the case we can genuinely cover: a customer who commits to a year on a service running on our own servers and finds early that it is not right for them. This page states exactly what is included and what is not — and why for each exclusion.
What is covered
A full refund within 30 days of the first payment, where both apply:
- The service is shared hosting (Linux · WordPress · ASP/Windows) or company email.
- The subscription is annual or longer.
The refund is issued together with termination of the service. It goes to your original payment method or your wallet with us, and takes 3–14 business days.
What is not covered — and why
- Monthly subscriptions. The month paid for has been used. The guarantee exists for a long commitment, not for a trial month.
- Cloud (VPS) and dedicated servers. We reserve these from an external provider and pay for the full term up front; that cost is not returned to us. You can stop the renewal at any time before the term ends.
- Control-panel licences (cPanel · Plesk). Licensed from the vendor per period and non-refundable to us.
- Domain registration, renewal or transfer fees. Paid to the global registrar the moment the domain is registered. The domain remains entirely yours and you may move it to any provider at any time.
- Work already delivered — a store handed over, a care plan worked on, a campaign whose budget has been spent.
- Third-party certificates and licences once issued.
- Renewals. The guarantee covers the first 30 days of the first subscription only.
- Accounts suspended for breaching the terms of use.
The simple rule behind the exclusions: a cost we paid to a third party and do not get back cannot be refunded, and any period or work actually consumed counts.
How to request a refund
- Open a ticket from your account, or email info@it-plus.co, with the invoice number and your reason.
- We acknowledge within one business day.
- If it qualifies, we start the refund immediately and confirm it to you.
If the invoice included a domain
We refund the covered hosting and exclude only the domain fee. The domain stays in your name and under your control.
