Travel Bag App — An innovative Crowdshipping mobile

application we designed and developed at IT PLUS. A

smart Peer-to-Peer platform connecting international

travelers with people who need cross-border delivery

services, turning every trip into an extra income

About the Project

Travel Bag is a Crowdshipping app built on an

innovative idea: leveraging travelers' unused luggage

weight to deliver packages for people needing

international shipping. We designed it as a

two-sided marketplace serving two user types

simultaneously: travelers who can earn extra income,

and shippers who can send packages at lower prices

than traditional shipping companies.

Technical Challenges We Solved

Developing a Crowdshipping app is more complex than

traditional e-commerce apps, requiring matching two

parties (traveler + shipper) under multiple conditions

(country, date, weight), and building a strong trust

system between strangers. At IT PLUS, we developed

a smart multi-dimensional matching system, a secure

in-app chat, and a transparent rating system to build

community trust.
