ITOP App — An innovative Super App we designed and

developed at IT PLUS, combining three applications

in one: a social network, an online marketplace, and

a local services platform. A concept inspired by

WeChat and Grab, but tailored specifically for the

Arab market.

About the Project

ITOP is an All-in-One mobile app delivering a unique

experience that combines social sharing, buying and

selling, and discovering local services. We designed

it as a comprehensive Super App platform serving

users in all their daily needs through a single

app — replacing 5 different apps on their phone.

Technical Challenges We Solved

Building a Super App is 10x harder than building a

regular app, because you must integrate 3 different

ecosystems (social + commerce + services) into one

seamless experience while maintaining performance

despite the complexity. At IT PLUS, we used

microservices architecture to separate each system

with full integration between them, a secure unified

account system, and databases optimized per content

type. The result: one app that feels like three

without complexity for the user.
